All games on ESPN Radio
Since the 2005-06 season, Northeastern events have been carried on Boston's ESPN Radio, 890 and 1400 AM. Now, all Huskies Radio football and hockey broadcasts are available on ESPN Radio and espnboston.com.

NU radio feed to enhance new web video service
Northeastern will provide live web video coverage of several events this season, and the audio will be simulcast from Huskies Radio.

Huskies Radio Award
Each season, Huskies Radio selects and honors the most exciting Northeastern hockey player. The award was founded by Rob Rudnick and former color commentator Greg Pratt. Bryan Esner has won the award the last two seasons. The complete list of Huskies Radio award winners:

Play-by-Play
Known as "The Voice of the Huskies," Rudnick is in his 30th season calling the action of Northeastern sports. Rudnick owns and operates Colt Communications, the long-time producer of all Huskies Radio broadcasts and the parent company of Newton-based radio station WNTN (1550 AM). Rudnick was honored in 2004 with the Joe Concannon Award, presented to an outstanding member of the media covering Hockey East.

Color Commentary
Doherty is in his 11th season providing color and insight to the Huskies Radio broadcasts. Before joining Rudnick in the radio booth, Doherty built a reputation as one of New England's most-respected sports information directors, spending over a decade as an associate to NU legend Jack Grinold. Doherty won the Joe Concannon Award in 2000 for his career coverage of Hockey East.
